Mamelodi Sundowns FIFA23 Championship

The highly anticipated Mamelodi Sundowns FIFA 23 Championship makes its return, promising to be bigger, better, and more accessible than before. Following the tremendous success of the inaugural event in 2022, this year’s championship, which is backed by the DStv Premiership Champions, Mamelodi Sundowns Football Club, and hosted by Mettlestate, is set to take South Africa by storm with its massive R200 000 prize pool event.

This year’s championship features two exhilarating paths in which players can qualify: live qualifiers and online qualifiers. The live qualifiers will take place in Durban (Gateway Mall), Cape Town (V&A Waterfront), Johannesburg (Mall of Africa), and Pretoria (Menlyn Mall). These events will determine the top player from each location, securing them a coveted spot in the grand finals. The top 4 players from the online qualifiers will also compete in the ultimate showdown at rAge Expo.

The grand finals will take place at rAge Expo in Johannesburg from 8-10 December where the top 8 players will battle it out for the championship title.
